Cancellation and Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. To initiate the cancellation of any product purchased from www.1946.in, customers can submit a cancellation request through our website or send an email to support@1946.in, providing order details (Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference).

  2. An order can only be canceled or exchanged before reaching the "Ready to Ship" status. Once the order status is "Ready to Ship," cancellation is not possible. Upon cancellation, the entire purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment account. In case of an exchange, any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  3. If a cancellation is requested after product shipment, follow the process outlined in the exchange and refund policy. Terms and conditions specified therein will apply.

  4. For Store Pickup orders, cancellation is possible only before the status changes to "Stock In-Transit" or "Ready for Store Pickup."

  5. Refunds for orders not accepted upon delivery attempted will be processed only after deducting two-way shipping charges upon product return.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Exchange or refund requests for a product from www.1946.in must be initiated by the customer within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. To initiate an exchange or refund, submit a request through our website or send an email to support@1946.in.

  3. Once informed, pack the product safely in the original packaging with the Invoice and complete accessories. The product must not be used, and the return package should be tamper-proof.

  4. The returned product must be in its original condition*. It should be accompanied by the original Invoice, warranty card, and complete packaging, including manuals and hang tags.

  5. Once received, www.1946.in will inspect the watch for any 'change of movement.' Exchange or refund will be initiated upon confirmation from the service center regarding the watch's quality.

  6. Refunds will take a minimum of 2 to 7 business days to process from the date the returned product passes the quality control check. Refunds will be made to the original payment account, deducting courier charges for non-defective products.

  7. Products not meeting quality guidelines will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Such products will be returned to the customer, who bears the courier charges.

  8. For sale or special promotion products, return pickup courier charges are borne by the buyer for exchange requests.

  9. Defects if any must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  10. In disputes, www.1946.in will refund the entire payment upon receiving the product in its original condition*, without liability for other forms of compensation.

  11. Exchange/Refunds are not applicable to Swiss Made Watches.

  12. Returns/cancellations are not applicable to international orders and orders paid through finance or EMI.

  15. We reserve the right to deny return requests for repeated or suspicious activity.
